Return Policy

1. No Returns of Products
After purchasing a product, returns or refunds are generally excluded. Please ensure that you carefully select the desired product before completing your order.
2. Replacement of Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, we offer you a replacement. The following conditions must be met to receive a replacement:
2.1. Reporting Damages
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Reports should be made via email to riseyourselfup.com with the subject line "Damaged Product – [Order Number]".
2.2. Proof of Damage
- The damage must be documented with photos. These photos should be sent along with the damage report via email.
- Additional information may be requested to review the damage case.
2.3. Review and Confirmation
- Upon receiving the damage report and photos, our team will review the case within 5 business days.
- If the damage is confirmed, a replacement product will be sent to you. Returning the damaged product is generally not required unless explicitly requested.
3. Exclusion of Replacement Claims
A replacement will not be granted if:
- The damage is not reported within the specified time frame.
- The damage is caused by improper handling or use of the product.
- The damage is due to normal wear and tear or usage marks.
